How do I make a payment?

Transfer via TrueMoney/PromptPay and submit your receipt via Line OA or the Web Portal. The system automatically verifies the slip within 1 minute.

How many users does each plan include?

The platform supports unlimited Multi-Tenant companies. Each plan has a user base: Free 10 users, Starter 25 users, Pro 50 users, Business 100 users. You can purchase additional User Packs in increments of 10 users.

What is SmartHR? How is it different from other HR tools?

SmartHR is a Mini HR Module that runs entirely through LINE — 4-layer attendance check-in (live camera + GPS + watermark + history), leave/OT requests, multi-level approvals, and HR document requests. Everything is paperless with files stored on Google Drive automatically.

How does Line OA connect to the Helpdesk?

Your customers follow your Line OA, type Register or tap the Rich Menu, enter the Company Code — accounts are created automatically. Rich Menu adjusts by role (User/Support/Admin).

What can the Line OA Bot do?

Submit issues (5-step flow), check ticket status, search FAQ, submit payment receipts, receive notifications when ticket status changes. Rich Menu adjusts automatically by user role.

Does the Starter Plan include AI?

Starter does not include Gemini AI RAG. We recommend the Pro Plan if you need AI-assisted RCA Suggestions, FAQ Generation, and RAG Document Q&A.

Where is data stored? Is it secure?

Data is stored in Google Firebase (processed in the asia-southeast1 region). File attachments are stored in Google Drive. All communications are protected with 256-bit SSL.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation. During that period you can log in but cannot create new tickets. You can export your data before the expiry date.

Export to Excel/PDF is available across all modules. Daily/monthly reports are emailed automatically. Ticket and SLA data syncs to Google Sheets for further analysis.

Does it support multiple departments?

The Business Plan supports Multi-Department: a parent company with sub-departments. Each department has separate Tickets and FAQs, while billing is managed at the company level.
