1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using 1StopService, you agree to all terms in this agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. This agreement is binding between you ("User") and 1StopService ("Service Provider").
2. Definitions
- "Service" — The IT Helpdesk and Ticket Management system at 1stopservice.click
- "User" — Any person who registers and uses the service
- "Tenant" — An organization or company that subscribes to the service
- "Ticket Data" — All data entered into the system by users
3. Registration & Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent
- Registration information must be accurate and up to date
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activity under your account
- Notify us immediately if you discover unauthorized use of your account
- You may not transfer, share, or sell your account to another person

- Prices may change with at least 30 days' advance notice
- Payment via bank transfer / PromptPay / TrueMoney — send a slip to confirm
- No refunds for completed billing periods, except for outages exceeding 72 hours due to our fault
- Accounts overdue will be suspended and permanently deleted after 37 days
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for illegal or harmful purposes
- Upload content that infringes copyright, is obscene, or promotes hatred
- Attempt to access another Tenant's data without authorization
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to breach the system
- Use bots or automated scripts without written permission
- Send spam or harmful content through the system
6. Data Ownership
- Ticket data and organizational data you enter are your property
- You grant us a limited license to use the data solely to provide and improve the service
- We will not use your Ticket data for any purpose other than providing the service
- You can export your data at any time via the Reports feature
7. Service Level Agreement (Uptime SLA)
- Target uptime: 99% per month (excluding scheduled maintenance)
- Scheduled maintenance is announced via LINE OA and email at least 24 hours in advance
- Outages exceeding 72 hours due to our fault entitle you to request a monthly discount
- Daily backups are retained for 30 days
8. Intellectual Property
All software, design, logos, and content of 1StopService are the property of the Service Provider. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service under these terms only. Reproduction, modification, or distribution without permission is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages, special damages, or loss of profits
- Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control
- Data loss caused by users' own actions
- Damages resulting from misuse of the service
Liability cap:
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the incident.
10. Termination
- By the User: Cancel at any time via the Billing page or LINE OA — service continues until the end of the paid period
- By the Service Provider: Accounts violating these terms may be suspended with 7 days' notice (or immediately for serious violations)
- Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted
Governing law: These terms are governed by Thai law. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Thai courts.
